How Much do you charge for your service
we charge only £10.00 per track for our Standard and Streaming master & only £15.00 per
track for our Standard & streaming combo master.
Do you provide a Stem Mastering or Mixing Service
Unfortunately we do not currently offer a individual Stem Mastering or Mixing Service.
Single Mixed Stereo Files Only Please.
What type of mastering do you provide, Analogue or Digital?
We only provide Digital Mastering at this time.
Do you use presets
No each track is customised to your unique sound by an experienced Audio Mastering
Engineer.
How quickly can you master my track?
Orders placed on Monday > Thursday are processed the same day or following day, orders
placed on Fridays maybe processed the same day but is not guaranteed. Saturday and Sunday
orders are processed from Monday.
What format will you return my files as?
mastered tracks are returned as release ready Stereo 16bit 44.1 khz .WAV files / 16bit
44.1 khz .AIF files & 320 kpbs MP3 as standard. if you require any other file just let us
know and we will provide this an no extra cost.
I have not received an email with your Mastered samples and its after 2
days?(not including Saturday or Sunday)
This could be because the email address you provided was incorrect or our email has not
got through to you or it could be because you have sent us an album, this can take a
little longer so we recommend you drop us an email.
Who handles my tracks?
Your tracks are only handled by our mastering engineer. None of your tracks are ever
given out to anyone and are only stored on our systems for only 7 days after your track
is complete.

noise due to the recording environment where the songs were originally recorded. Please Note: We have plugins that will get rid of most if not all humming, buzzing and some unwanted noise. When mixing
your vocals on songs we recommend using a good interface, as well as a good condenser/dynamic Microphone that is right for the artist/s and genre of music recorded. Before sending us your audio Please
listen to your songs and make sure the sound is right for the artist. If a mixing error was made, you may send us a new mix of the song/s that we are originally working on as a revision. Please note we will
only do 2 as a standard but we can do offer 2 more after payment if any issues arise. Please note we do not always keep copies of your mastered tracks so please make backup copies of your track when
we provide them to you. Please understand that we do not offer refunds due to the time and man power that is put in a project. This is why we offer a Free Sample of your music. Prices are shown in Uk £
Pounds. We send your mastered files back to you via a download link via Dropbox or Wetransfer. Payments are made PayPal / Credit or Debit cards via Paypal Payment function. Please note that discounts
