How Much do you charge for your service Prices and offers can be found Here Do you provide a Stem Mastering or Mixing Service Unfortunately we do not currently offer a individual Stem Mastering or Mixing Service. Single Mixed Stereo Files Only Please What type of mastering do you provide, Analogue or Digital? We provide Digital & Analogue Mastering depending on what we feel is suitable for the genre. Do you use presets No, each track is customised uniquely to your song by an experienced audio mastering engineer with a minimum of 25 years of mastering experience. How quickly can you master my track? That depends on the service option you have chosen. If you have selected our General Option please allow up to 5 working days depending on our workloads. If you have chosen our Priority Plus option it can be anything from the same day to 2 working days. Our timescale period starts from when we receive your valid files to when we send the mastered sample back to you. The earlier you send us your files the better chance of receiving your mastered files more promptly. We will contact you if we are unable to fulfil our mastering service within the time period option you have chosen e.g. Large track quantities or other issues that may arise. Our business hours are based upon United Kingdom times. What format will you return my files as? Mastered tracks are returned as release ready stereo 24bit 48khz & 16bit 44.1khz .WAV 24bit 48 kHz AAC (ALAC Encoding) & 320kpbs MP3 as standard plus even more on our Priority Plus option. Lots more options are also available on request for a small conversion fee. Please feel free to contact us Do you offer a file conversion service? Yes, we offer a very high quality file conversion service. We will convert your files at a slow speed meaning it converts at a very high quality. More information can be found here I have not received an email with your Mastered samples and its after your listed time (not including Saturday or Sunday) This could be because the email address you provided was incorrect or our email has not got through to you because of your spam filter. If this is the case we advise that you drop us an email. Who handles my tracks? Your tracks are only handled by our mastering engineer. None of your tracks are ever given out to anyone and are only stored on our system for 7 days after your track is completed. We advise you make a backup when you receive your mastered files. What Payments types do you accept? We accept Visa, Delta, Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard, Maestro & American Express via Stripe Payments & PayPal. We will send you a payment link via email when we send you the demos of your mastered songs. As soon as we have received your payment we will send you your mastered files ASAP. Are you an independent record label? If you represent an independent Record Label looking for quality low cost mastering? We can help you. We know that royalties are hard to get these days because of streaming services so that is why we can help you with your out going expenses We can offer you upto 30% off our mastering service. Mastering could bring out unwanted frequencies and noise due to the recording environment where the songs were originally recorded. Please be aware we will use plug-ins that will get rid of most if not all humming, buzzing and some unwanted noise if needed. When mixing your vocals on songs we recommend using a good interface, as well as a good condenser/dynamic microphone that is right for the artist/s and genre of music recorded. Before sending us your audio Please listen to your songs and make sure the sound is right for you. If a mixing error was made, you may send us a new mix of the song/s that we are originally working on as a revision. Please note we will only provide 2 revisions as a standard but we can do 2 more after payment is made if any issues arise. We will only keep copies of your mastered tracks for a very limited time (usually 7 days) So please make sure to backup copy of your songs(s) when you receive them. Please understand that we do not offer refunds due to the time and man power that is put in to a Mastering project and This is why we offer a Free Sample of your song(s) before you pay. Sales / Discounts & Promo Codes terms & conditions: Please be aware that our New Client Discount can not be used in conjunction with other discounted Promo Codes and only with our usual price list prices.
