We accept single stereo files only as we do not currently offer a standalone mixing service, but if we feel we can not get our best results out of your file we will ask you for your stems. What type of mastering do you provide, Analogue or Digital? We provide digital & analogue mastering depending on what we feel is suitable for the genre. What studio gear do you use? We use a mixture of some of the Industries best digital software and analogue equipment. Some of our analogue mastering chain can be viewed on our mastering process page here Do you use presets? No, each track is customised uniquely to your song by an experienced audio mastering engineer with a minimum of 25 years of mastering experience. How quickly can you master my track? This depends on the service option you have chosen. If you have selected our General Option please allow up to 5 working days depending on our workloads. If you have chosen our Priority Plus option it can take up to 48 hours delivery time guaranteed. Our timescale period starts from when we receive your valid files until when we send the mastered sample back to you. The earlier you send us your files the better chance of receiving your mastered files more promptly. We will contact you if we are unable to fulfil our mastering service within the time period option you have chosen e.g. Large track quantities or other issues that may arise. Our business hours are based upon United Kingdom times. What format will you return my files as? Mastered tracks are returned as release ready stereo 24bit 96khz as a standard. We can also provide 16bit 44.1khz WAV, 24bit 96 kHz ALAC (Apple Lossless) & 320kpbs MP3 as optional extras at no cost to you. Yes, we offer a very high quality file conversion service. Our sound engineers have created our own exclusive custom built audio conversion software that converts at a very high quality. If this is the case we advise that you drop us an email to our Client Support Who handles my tracks? Your tracks are only handled by our mastering engineers. None of your tracks are ever given out to anyone outside of our studio and are only stored on our servers for 7 days after your track is completed. We advise you make a backup when you receive your mastered files. What Payments types do you accept? We will send you a payment link via email when we send you the demos of your mastered songs. If you are trying to register your songs on our registration form and you have clicked the submit button but nothing has happened? Please give it a few minutes and check your email. Please beaware mastering can bring out unwanted frequencies and noise due to the recording environment where the songs were originally recorded. Please be aware we will use plug-ins that will get rid of most if not all humming, buzzing and some unwanted noise if needed. When mixing your vocals on songs we recommend using a good interface, as well as a good condenser/dynamic microphone that is right for the artist/s and genre of music recorded. Our number one goal is to produce a result you will love on our 1st try, but In the event that you are not happy with our mastered sample, we will provide 2 revisions before payment. however for our General Mastering option we can provide 3 more revisions after payment if you feel we are getting closer to your required result. After this we charge £10.00 per 3 revisions per song. However for our Priority Plus option we provide unlimited revisions for up to 5 days after payment. You may send us a new mix of the song/s that we are originally working on as a revision. We will only keep copies of your mastered tracks for a very limited time (usually 7 days) So please make sure to backup copy of your songs(s) when you receive them. Please understand that we do not offer refunds due to the time and man power that is put in to a mastering project and this is why we offer FREE full length samples of your song(s) before you pay. Prices are shown in GB Pounds but we also provide curency conversions in US Dollars & Euros when you request a project quote. You are also able to pay in these currencies.
