Recommended Preparation &
Delivery Guidelines
Please follow these technical specifications
when submitting your mixes to get the best
out of your master:
File Format:
Please provide uncompressed WAV or AIFF
files. We recommend 16-bit / 24-bit or 32-bit
(float) depth at the original sample rate of
your session
(e.g., 44.1kHz, 48kHz, 88.2kHz, or 96kHz).
Headroom:
Ensure your master bus is not clipping.
Ideally, peaks should hit between -3dB and -
6dB. This provides the necessary "air" for our
analogue gear to react musically to your
transients.
No Master Bus Processing:
Please remove any limiters or heavy
compression from your master output.
While "top down" mixing is fine, we need the
dynamic range intact to apply our
professional outboard processing
effectively.
Reference Tracks:
If you have a specific "sonic target" in mind,
feel free to include reference tracks or a
"rough master" of your own so we can
understand your vision for the final
loudness and tone.
Please understand that while we always aim
for the best possible result, a poor quality
mix or file can limit what can realistically be
achieved.
Further Information
Please note that our turnaround times
begin from the moment we receive your
audio files in a valid format.
Once your music has been mastered, we will
send you a mastered sample for evaluation,
together with a secure payment link via
either PayPal or Stripe.
If you are happy with the results, simply
complete the payment process and we will
send your final mastered files as quickly as
possible.
While we always strive to achieve the highest
possible quality from every project, the final
result will ultimately depend on the quality
of the original mix and source files
provided. Poorly balanced mixes, excessive
distortion, clipping, or low-quality audio
files can limit the improvements that can
realistically be achieved during the
mastering process.
What Happens Next?
After receiving your files, our experienced
mastering engineers will carefully evaluate and
master your music to achieve the best possible
result.
We will keep you informed throughout the process
and will contact you once your mastered samples
are ready. Turnaround times vary depending on
the service selected.
Thank you for your order
and for choosing

We appreciate your support
and look forward to
working with you.
