HOW TO SEND US YOUR MUSIC FOR
THE BEST RESULTS
Please follow these simple steps on how prepare your
music for the best results (Guidance Only)
STEP 1
Please make sure you have mixed
your music to the best you can as
we can only do so much in the
Mastering process. Please do not
send us over-compressed or
distorted audio, Also please be
sure your volume levels are not
Clipping when mixing down your
music. Please make sure the
loudest part in a mix should peak
at no more than -3db to -6db on
the master bus to give our
engineers enough headroom to
work with, But this is not vital as
we can make some alterations.
STEP 2
Please provide you music in a
minimum of 44,100hz at 16, 24
bit or 32 bit Float stereo WAV,
FLAC or AIF. MP3 is NOT accepted
due to loss in sound quality. Also
please do not add Normalization,
EQ, Limiting or Compression, to
your music as this will be our job
on the master
STEP 3
Please register and upload your
files below and let us do our
magic. Also if you have a
reference track that you would

noise due to the recording environment where the songs were originally recorded. Please Note: We have plug-ins that will get rid of most if not all humming, buzzing and some unwanted noise. When mixing
your vocals on songs we recommend using a good interface, as well as a good condenser/dynamic Microphone that is right for the artist/s and genre of music recorded. Before sending us your audio Please
listen to your songs and make sure the sound is right for the artist. If a mixing error was made, you may send us a new mix of the song/s that we are originally working on as a revision. Please note we will
only do 2 revisions as a standard but we can do offer 2 more after payment if any issues arise. Please note we will only keep copies of your mastered tracks for a very limited time so please make backup
copy of your track(s) when we provide them to you. Please understand that we do not offer refunds due to the time and man power that is put in a project. This is why we offer a Free Sample of your music.
Prices are shown in USA $ Dollars. We send your mastered files back to you via a download link via Dropbox or Wetransfer. Payments are made PayPal / Credit or Debit cards via Paypal Payment function.
Please note that discounts can not be used in conjunction with other discounts. *Standard 1 - 2 day service does not include jobs of more than 4 tracks but we will get it done as quickly as we can without
lack of quality. Please note: We reserve the right to blacklist or ask for upfront payment (voiding our free sample service) if client has previously used our services and not paid even after positive feedback
