Please send us a clip for us to use and name the file (REF TRACK FOR -Your Track Name) or the track name and artist and we will do our best to find it and match the EQ. (Please send Wav file only please for the best results) • Please be aware! we do not offer a Stem Mastering Service at this time. Single Mixed stereo files only please. • We will listen to your music then do our magic. We will customised our work to your track. We do not use presets so everything you hear is produced just for your music but please understand if the mix / File is of poor quality we cannot do miracles but we will do our best. • We will master your track so it sounds good on a flat equalizer so when your equalizer is set to your preferred settings it could sound even better. • Once we have mastered your track(s) We will test them on numerous Simulated systems including a large club system, Various Ear & Headphones, a car radio system, A Home Music System an award winning studio and many others. We also check your music to make sure it sounds good on many of the streaming services as they can severely drop the sound quality to match there requirements. • We will then email you a FULL FREE SAMPLE of your music Mastered (This will contain audio watermark) In high quality WAV So there is no loss in sound quality. We will also provide you a payment link. • In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the preview sample we send you, We can provide 2 revisions before payment. however we can provide 2 more revisions after payment if you feel we are getting closer to your required sound. After this we charge $10 per 2 revisions • Once your payment has been received we will email you a download link to your full Mastered file(s) in release ready WAV, 320 Mp3 & AAC & even more if you choose our Priority Plus service (Other formats available on request for a small conversion fee) You will also be enrolled in to our client loyalty club discount mailing list. • You then play your music and hear the difference. mastering options guide

high quality loud master This is usually used throughout the EDM industry But not always the best sounding option for other types of music.

This option will sound great on Digital Download Stores but Streaming Services will normalize the volume down quite significantly and could also remove some of the tracks high end detail

high quality good dynamic range master This option gives your track some good headroom for it to breathe. Your ears will learn & hear all the individual frequencies and detail and not feel crushed. This option is best for all genres of music

This option will sound great on Digital Download Stores & CDs but Streaming Services will still normalize the volume down significantly and could also remove some of the tracks high end detail

Streaming service master If you are releasing your music on streaming services only? then you might want to consider this option as most of the streaming services including Spotify, Apple Music and Youtube Music etc broadcast music at around -14 to -16 LUFS depending on the service so this means if you have a very loud master they are going to drastically reduce the normalization / bit rates and could reduce quality. We will master and provide you with a track that sounds great with their codex recommended normalization and other requirements. Genres also play a big part in loudness so we will take this in to consideration.

This will sound great on Streaming Services & CD’s but not quite as loud on Digital Download stores
